[Resolved] Reliance Communications — I did mobile recharge. they are saying recharge amount not received | |
Hi, Two days back I did mobile recharge of 299 rupees to my mother reliance number through my airtel payment bank. From my airtel payment bank transaction was successful and amount was deducted. But reliance recharge was not done. I called to reliance customer care so many times, they are saying we didnot received amout. Airtel guys are saying "Amount was transferred successfully " .I sent mail to reliance customer care, they are not responding. I am attaching successful transaction receipt from airtel payment bank.Please suggest me on this to whom to contact on this.
