[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — I have booked reliance 4g dongle 3 month back but still i have not received

Mr. Ajit battacharya CEO had call i really shock to know to get old doogle to new doogle is our bank balance should have mini balance of Rs 10000

why should reliance want the bank balance of a holder. it nothing related to any bank account.
you should care only whether bill are been paid in time by person.

At the time of booking Of sim nothing were asked about our bank statements
why this question is coming now.
KIndly we needed new doogle at free of cost, as you promised at time of changing from 3g to 4G
kindly i do not want this matter to be taken up to next level.kindly solve this matter. at the earlist.

Updated by Vasudevl I have ordered almost 2 month back still now i have not received the doogle nor my old dongle is working.
when i got sim from relaince shop(Sim no[protected] from rajajinagar relaince shop on Rajkumar road bangalore. they told that no shipping charges will be charged for existing constumer.
now they are tell to pay Rs 2999 shipping charges Instead of that i can get new connect.
moreover the upgrade is from 3G to 4G is for not for my benifit. it your plans
why should you make us to pay more amount. kindly let us know regarding this.
