Mr. Ajit battacharya CEO had call i really shock to know to get old doogle to new doogle is our bank balance should have mini balance of Rs 10000 why should reliance want the bank balance of a holder. it nothing related to any bank account. you should care only whether bill are been paid in time by person. At the time of booking Of sim nothing were asked about our bank statements why this question is coming now. KIndly we needed new doogle at free of cost, as you promised at time of changing from 3g to 4G kindly i do not want this matter to be taken up to next level.kindly solve this matter. at the earlist.
