I once again bring to your kind Inoformation that till date I have not received my revised Bill with 10% Discount, in this connection I have already posted many mails & proper contact your Customer Care No.198 but not satisfactory Ans.has given by your Company due to it I am mentaly worry for paying your current Bill.I have trying 40 Times in your Custumer Care No.198 which call alwasy drop between conversation.


Therefore I once again request you to please look into the matter & do the needful at your end and provide us revised bill with 10% discount as soon as possibleSo I can pay my bill Timely.

I am sorry to Inform you that your Company have not resolve my Previsonly Complaint as per SMS commitment of 15June, '2016 my all Mail are self explanotry. In this regard your Customer CareService Executive Assoure me that "You will get 10% Discount as per Compny's Commitment"in the next month Billing. But I have recd. my Bill as usal without any discount.


Therefore I once again request you to please look into the matter & do the needful at your end and provide us revised bill with 10% discount as soon as possibleSo I can pay my bill Timely in August Month. If your are not able to do this. I feel free to going in your Board of Director. & Port to any other Mobile compny after the informing your Board of Direcots.
