[Resolved] Reliance Communications — i have not used the netconnect service but month on month i have been charged for rental charges. | |||
I have not purchased the new usb device but still i am being charged for rental charges each month. Called the customer care for cancellation of the connection got a response to visit the showroom. When visited the showroom the rep asked me to contact the customer care. Now i have got a legal notice from the advocate for the non payment for the bill for which i have never availed the service. My Reliance Broadband internet not working from last 3-4 days. Please send your engineer to check out the connection. I have tried to call customer care multiple times waited for long time but no one picking up call.if it's not possible to solve than let me know so i can change my connection.
