Reliance Communications — Internet bill overdue | |||||
Hello, I am getting emails from a Adv. A. U. SAKKARGE & S. M. SHAIKH) (rele.reliable.[protected]@gmail.com) mentioning to pay Rs.2300 for internet bill overdue. Recently I also received an E-Notice from the email mentioned above. Doesn't Reliance have a proper email id?? Why should I trust this sender of this email. This can be fraud. I had the internet connection long back in Aug 2009 and had terminated the connection after one month when I realised that I was duped by one of the Reliance executive. He told me that the internet plan can be changed after one month but it did not happened. I have all the emails from customercare that they told me the plan can be changed and then later they refused to change it. I also emailed them that I am terminating the connection and will not be responsible for any further internet bills. The customer care didn't replied to my email, that means they had agreed to my statement. And now why are they harassing me after so long time???? Was this information helpful? | |||||
