Respected sir From rajiv chauhan Subscriber i. D[protected] I was facing net connectivity issue from 24/04/2017 and registered a complaint number[protected] on 25/04/2017 (Automatically resolved as per records of customer care without my confirmation). Since then i registered 3 more complaints.in my second complaint number[protected]., i requested senior executive (Floor manager) that without my confirmation dont close the complaint and she assured me that they wont close complaint without my confirmation (Time for resolving complaint=24hours) but after multiple calls to customer care told me to be patient and wait for sometime., so i waited but on 01/05/2017 when i called customer care they told me that complaint has been already resolved and has been closed., point to be noted that - i did'nt received any phone call or nobody visited my house i. E where the connectivity issue lies (As i requested for a technician at my housee for continuous failure). Since den um facing connectivity issue and customer care closed all my three complaints without my confirmation. While my 3rd complaint number i. E[protected] i requested a senior executive that dont close my complaint without my confirmation (Interaction i. D [protected]). But since then customer care blocked my number and i was not been able to contact custome care number as whenever i used to call customer care @ [protected] then after following the procedure i press 3 (Dial subscriber i. D to know the complaint status my call automatically got disconnecting without transferring my call to customer care) Meanwhile i was getting calls from represolution deptt., a person named nikhil was taking followup from me regarding the connectivity issue and told me that its a commercial probelm and will my probelm will get fixed soon. And told me that my ist complaint number i. E[protected] is still in process.. I received last call from him on 11/05/2017 at 11 am (Interaction i. D [protected]) he also assured me that i will get waiver from my billing amount since the connectivity issue ist started till the issue will get resolved. But today i. E on 15/05/2017 i received a e-mail dat my connection have been terminated. I called customer care by dialing[protected] and after opting for "apply for new connection" my call got transfered to the customer care (Point to note that my call was getting automatically disconnected when i was opting for "know ur complaint status" and customer care informed me that a representative o[censored]r deptt called me on 11/05/2017 @ 10:20 am and i confirmed for the termination whereas i did'nt got a call from any o[censored]r representative and i never gave confirmation for termination. I got a call from represolution deptt @ 11 am on 11/05/2017 (Interation i. D [protected]) and u can listen to this conversation and u'll find out that i did'nt asked to terminate my connection) if i didnt asked for termination of service @ 11 am and requested to resolve my issue asap., then how can i confirm for termination of service @ 10:20 am.?? U can listen to any of my complaints from 25/04/2017 to 15/05/2017 (Hope u have records of all of my conversations) u'll find out that i almost called for 60-70 times on customer care and just got replies of., complaints number or that complaint has been resolved. I mailed @ [protected]@relianceada.com multiple times and against my 30-40 mails i only got bunch of replies (Never solved my queries) All my complaints got resolved and closed as per customer care deptt without my confirmation., My services got terminated without my confirmation plus customer care always claimed that they send mesg on registered number+a e-mail whenever a complaint got closed and resolved., whereas i never got a email nor a sms regarding any of my complaints that all of them have been resolved and closed. Whenever i asked for the timings of those sms and details of e-mails they have refused to provide me the same. I even asked for the interaction i. D for the confirmed termination call-but they even failed to provide me the same (I never received any call., and i never confirmed for termination) U can check all of my allegations and queries from my various calls to customer care. Writing further 1. I have not given confirmation for the network disconection whereas customer care is saying that i hv confirmed for my disconnection on 11/05/2017 at 10:20 am. Whereas i never received any call from any of your deptt for confirmation for the disconnection and i hv never confirmed for termination of connection. Since my ist complaint number i. E[protected]to my last complaint[protected] i just asked for resolution of my connectivity issue. I received one confirmation call @ end of last month for termination but i hv denied for the confirmation., and instead asked for resolution of my connectivity issue. 2. I called customer care and a customer care representative behaved very badly-interaction i. D [protected] when i did, nt get any kind of satisfactory reply i requested her to transfer my call to senior executive. She transfered it to floor manager (Claimed) mrs sushma interaction i. D-[protected] after 1 hour of conversation., i requested her to transfer call to the senior but she continuously kept on saying that senior will also give me the same information and when i insisted her to transfer the call to her senior she cut the call from her end without giving me satisfactory replies and transferring call to the senior. I asked her to give me the details for ur (Claimed) representative confirmation call on 11/05/2017 for disconnection but she refused to give me the details of the call.., i was asking her to give me the details dat she was claiming dat i received a call from ur representatives whereas i never received any of such call for disconnection. I request u too give me the details of the call dat i given for the disconnection-i want interaction i. D of the call in which i confirmed for disconnection. 3. I called senior desk @ 5:20 pm @ 5 pm interaction i, d [protected] to compalint about the customer care misbehaviuo and he told me to complaint on customer care only - how can i complaint against the same deptt in the same department..??? 4. I hv been in continuous interaction with one o[censored]r representative nikhil (Represolution deptt) and he always assured me that my connectivity probelm will get resolved soon., he claimed that it is a commercial issue and in one of his call he assured me that i will get the waiver of my bills from the date i was facing the connectivity issue i. E 24/05/2017 (Interaction i. D [protected]) (Interaction i. D [protected]). Upto dated 11/05/2017 i was getting follow up calls from represolution deptt that my connectivity issue will get solved soon but on 15/05/2017 i got a mail stating that my services hv been terminated (Without my termination confirmation) 5. Seeing all the haraassment i faced i am not paying any of my unbilled amout. Frauds by reliance 1. Took 1501 rs+ist month bill of rs 800 @ time of installation stating that its refundable @ time of termination but when i enquired bout termination refund they [protected]@relianceada.com replied me that its was already adjusted with ist bill payment. 2. Customer care misbehaved continuously giving false & unrealiable information from time to time., closing complaints without my satisfaction and confirmation. 3. Termination without my confirmation., and stating that i confirmed for termination whereas i never received any call from any o[censored]r deptt asking for termination of my services. I never gave confirmation for the disconnection but if even u'll disconnect my connection then i am not going to pay any of my bills... I hv been already haraassed from ur multiple departments and um not going to call any o[censored]r depatment for bill waiver and all (As represolution deptt assured me that i can apply for bill waiver from the date of connectivity issue i. E 25/04/2017 once my connectivity issue will get resolved., my connectivity issue never been resolved) as no department is listening to me and i also never received timely and satisfactory replies from [protected]@relianceada.com. i just received a call from represolution team on 16/05/2017 @ 2:50 pm interaction i.d [protected] and after showing my dissatisfaction ur representative just told me that i'll record ur feedback but nothing can be done now plus she just contacted me to give me confirmation that my net connection has been disconnected(which i already knew)
i wonder who ur "customer service" team contacted - i[censored] have contacted me than tell me the details that "when u hv contacted me"
the same thing is happening with me from sooo many days., i dont know who ur customer care team contacts., i dont even receive any mails or ph calls from ur any of the departments.
i already complained about this in my above written complaint., nobody contacted., mail or mesgd me regarding my issues.
