Reliance Communications — Invalid bill : Bill for disconnected connection. | |||
Hello, This in reference to your remainder mail regarding bill payment for data card no. [protected] . The last payment for this data card done on 26/02/2014 of Rs 1785 . After that a request for disconnection was raised using tele calling facility provided by your company. This disconnection request was accepted and confirmed by your representative . So why these bills are not getting generated now and shown as due in my account. Could you please clarify the same as the contact number provided by you is switched off.
