Reliance Communications — Invalid upc code given by reliance, and no new upc code being given by reliance | |||||
On 11th december 2015, the network in my reliane number [protected] stopped working.So I called Reliance customer care to get the UPC number for this mobile number.They supplied me with an invalid UPC code due to which I could not port from reliance to airtel. On 21st december 2015 a request was sent by airtel for port in to airtel with the UPC code given by reliance, but it was rejected. As expected, Reliance Communications does not seem to be interested at all in solving customer problems.Only thing that Reliance communications is good at is in deceiving customers.

That is a pure lie. I have neither been called, nor have my concerns been addressed yet.
