[Resolved] Reliance Communications — it's regarding with my previous complaint made on 20th aug | |
I have 2 no [protected] & [protected]. I have converted to prepaid in june. At that time they asked for total due of 640 Rs I paid 650 by cheque which they got cleared on 20th july from my bank. But now They Are saying pay another bill of 739 which is not applicable on prepaid. I have got Call from [protected] (Jyoti) to clearify the issue they are saying due to servor Problem They have not credited 650 rs in my account. My numbers are blocked. I have already Sent them copy of my bank which shows payment cleared on 20 th july (On mail id [protected]@gmail.com). Now for last three days i am trying there no they are Not picking it up. I am getting message please pay bill else they will enter into Legal procedures. Its a big harassment to me please help me to get my no activated. Yogesh ahuja [protected] (.
