Reliance Communications Limited — Harassing payment for bill which is already paid | |||||
I was a reliance post-paid user few months back but I am not a reliance customer any more but still I get repeated calls from regarding payment of bills. Customer Care Representatives (including its Recovery Executive) calling for bill payment (saying legal notice has been issued for not paying the bill) . THOUGH, I HAVE ALREADY PAID THE SAID BILL AND SEND THE SCAN COPY OF THE RECEIPT TO THEM ON SEVERAL EMAIL ID (e.g. [protected]@relianceada.com, nicolas.[protected]@gmail.com, r.comdelhi.[protected]@relianceada.comm jmc.[protected]@gmail.com) AND ALSO TOLD THEM ON PHONE SEVERAL TIMEs but they are not updating their records and not sending me “No Due Certificate”. Calls were also received on my home landline and other family members from reliance customer care. Why the customer service agents asking to pay extra money without verifying my payment details?? PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! stop calling on my number. I was a reliance post-paid customer a few months back and because of irrational bills and such issues of customer care people I ported my number to other service provider and I'm so happy with the decision but these people still troubles me using different numbers... Please make them stop calling on my number. The same has also been forwarded to Customer Care of Reliance. But they are unable to resolve the same as I have ported the number.
