[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Internet application rejected, but amount is deducted | |||
Myself Somashekhar, In April, 2015 I have applied for internet connection, and submitted all my documents with cheque of amount 1548 rupees. The cheque number is 163254 from HDFC bank. The Reliance executive who came to collect the form and documents he has not given me any customer number, collected all the documents and cheque. When I am explaining the same to Reliance team they are asking me the application number, I fed-up telling them he didn't give me any customer/application number. I have written so many emails to them mentioning the cheque number. But they are unable to resolve the issue. When I am trying to connect the customer it is asking registered mobile number or customer number to connect. But I failed here also. The application got rejected and Reliance deducted rupees 1548 from my account. Still I didn't got my money back nor response from reliance from last 4 months. For clarification I'm attaching the screen shot of HDFC bank statement marked with read color. Cheque number is present in statement. Was this information helpful? | |||
