Dear Team, Good Evening, With respect to our discussion on the long pending (since signing of Agreement) issue of providing me ICARE - VPN software to "Sree communication" - Proprietor Myself (RAJU) as a eligible authorised DSA of Reliance Communicaitons i wish to share my below concerns and seek explanations from RCOM team, a) Why there is a delay in providing me the facility of ICARE - VPN even after several requests/reminders from me. Note : 1) Sir, without obtaining this facility it is really painfull/difficult for me to share/book number & uploading of CAF documents of my customers with in the time frame provided by RCOM as a product. 2) This additional time which i spend in obtaining details from the CSM instead o[censored]sing the regular process of ICARE VPN consumes much of productive time on a daily basis. b) Request to share me the payment advice for the payment issued to Sree communications to finalise my audit for the year, (as requested my Chartered Accountant, (Note: As per my auditor statement the said income to me is liable for 30 % Tax) c) Pls share me the status of My commission payouts for the period from JAN - March 2014. d) Futher since i was feeling sick i could not honor my commitment of visiting RCOM office tomorrow as intimated by Mr.Jain Sharely. so I request you to provide with the above requested facility/data at the earliest to enable me to serve RCOM in a better manner as a responsible DSA. After signing DSA whats happening wheather they are providing icare -vpn etc.. someone have to watch why this is happening and many DSA are afraiding it to say why the reliance csm, leads or not providing vpn and other software and supports. Is This they are expecting any money from DSA'S My Above mails attached they stopped my ICARE & VPN. The Csm Mr, Natraj is more intrested to market New DSA'S not " Products ", Mr.Natraj followed me to take DSA from the last year oct'13 and they given many offers to take DSA, but now am feeling why am taken.
