I am sandeep, my reliance number is [protected]. I am applying for porting out to airtel and the request is getting rejected every time saying letter authorization error. But from my end and the airtel customer care are sure the format of the documents circulated to relaince are perfect. Could you please be specific and breifly describe the error in the format of the documents which have been circulated to you. So that i can rectify it and port out peacefully
