[Resolved]  Reliance Communications Limited — Tortures from Reliance payment division

On August 2014 I paid full amount and gave request number [protected] in Kormangala reliance store and my reliance postpaid Data card (MDN : [protected] ) was blocked and terminated the connection from August2014. But there are so many computer systems and problems within Reliance departments. I received calls in Sep, Oct, Nov to visit the reliancestore and close the reliance connection. I went to the store once in each month (SEP, OCT, NOV) and got confirmed that connection is already closed. On 6-Jan-15 I received the call from[protected], caller Priyanka said that she is from CIBIL ( Central govt credit score department) and going to file case against me as I didnt paid reliance bill and they will block my cell phone, driving license and keep on torturing me to pay the bill. She started using bad words as well which I recorded. Am not using the data card device from August and it is not working as well. I wont pay the bill since I filled the form and connection is terminated. Reliance should have good computer system such that they should not charge peoples who terminated the connection and device not in use. Am ready to file three complaints in consumer court to get compensation of 1 lakh rupees and above for all the tortures over phone and wrong guidance to go to store every time. Reliance should not go against consumer laws and cheat loyal customers to pay bills of Rs2000/- even after cancellation. Should not tie-up with Guntas and Cheat's to make fake calls in name of Indian govt and mislead. With all the evidances of Reliance request number/paper & bill paid receipts, the video and audio conversation that I had in reliance stores starting from August. And the recorded Payment division torture phone calls anytime I can go to court with my advocate otherwise they should waive-off and shouldnot make further trouble to me.

I missed one call from a mumbai number ( might be reliance) on a sunday afternoon 11-jan-15. Please call me back on the same number.

There is a biggest problem in reliance billing system, Connection is Terminated but bill amount is getting generated every month. Why to pay bills for the period when the card was inactive. Check my history, for the past 2 years every month I paid the bill. Waive off the billed amount of Rs2000 which was reliance computer problem.
