[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — VAS services gets activated automatically without permission | |||
Hello Sir, I am vivek khetan and my number is [protected]. I have been charged numerous times for VAS technosms service and whenever I called customer care then they simply lied that we have activated the service. Being a customer we cannot proof that we have activated or not. They are completely ignoring the train rules also that for any service they have to take the confirmation from customer twice. I have also heard that reliance is doing this with thousand of customer. If you all are not going to take a strong complaint against this then close this site and stop this drama. This is your responsibility to give a good lesson to such company who thinks that they can do anything to the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
