[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Very poor service and unethical behaviour | |||
My name is NITIN TIWARI and 1 1/2 month ago i have received call from Relience to port your no. but 2 times failed to porting and after that i have received call from Mamta and said i am calling from relience communication and he suggest buy a new no. in postpaid at same plan 450 + taxes unlimited calling to any network (local and Std) and send documents to [protected]@gmail.com. i have send documents provided mail id and also verified by relience verification department and i have recieved again call from a different no. he provided me 9 digit code and said to call 59059 and registered this code and after the verification department active verified the no. i do same but customer care officer said this mobile no. is not registered in your name after that i have called that no. which one i have received after that he again provide a different 9 digit code and i follow the same procedure but at the time of verification again customer care officer said this no. is not registered in your name. after that i have again called all no. which one i have received they said we are checking the problem and they don't call to me even i have required so i have called them each time but they don't resolve this issue and after 6-10 days they said we are sending you new activated sim card and will be charged 100 rs. but i have this is your mistake why i have pay for this i have already a sim and by your mistake this sim being worst but after many request i have said ok i will pay but send it as soon as possible but i was waited 3 days but sim not delivered and after i have called again and they said sorry sir we will send it tomorrow but i don't received after 3 days then i have call him finally abused and also said don't need your sim and never be delivered any bill at my house other i will complaint in consumer court. so they don't respond after abusing now till date i don't have sim card but i have received many calls from relience sir your bill is due and make the payment. i have all call recordings from start to end so please resolve this otherwise i really take an action ... that's it.
