[Resolved] Reliance Communications Limited — Wrongly generated invoice for August | |
I was using reliance Netconnect+ Data Card (No.[protected]) for almost 3 years. Due to personal reasons, the data card was no longer required by me. I, therefore, had submitted my request for termination of my Reliance Netconnect+ Services on 20th July vide Service Request No.[protected] followed by various reminders vide Service request No.[protected],[protected] and last reminder on 29.09.2014 followed by a personal visit to their Reliance Customer Centre in Dharampura Bazar Patiala on 01.10.2014. Despite of my request for termination on 20th July, 2014, M/s Reliance Communication had generated two invoices for the month of August and September 2014, which can not be considered as valid invoices, as i was not availing the Services (can be verified from my data usage for the month of August and September) and have already submitted my request for termination on 20th July 2014. I have been continuously receiving calls from Reliance Call Centre Executives regarding the payment of the invoices. During one of those telecons, the customer care executive told me that my number is still Active and had not been terminated yet and therefore recorded my feedback for necessary action at their end but still the matter is pending from their side and I am still receiving the calls for payment. The request for termination was originated on 20th July and it is now more than 2 months that the request is still pending for the action to be taken by M/s reliance Communication.
