Reliance Communications — Mental torture | |||
Dear sir I am a loyal reliance customer using reliance netconnect+ dongle internet connection from past 6 years I was fully satisfied with the services and the quality of the product and based on my experience i recommended the same to a number of my friends However from past two days i am facing a lot of problems regarding the same I went to the store near my house and they told me that the CDMA connections have been closed and in order to resume the services i am forced to buy a new dongle worth Rs 2000 and my old dongle is now just a garbage value and has a nuisance value. I was not even intimated before such a decision. I had no prior notice for the same. Both my dongle and my recharges have gone waste I request you to kindly look into the matter as i m being mentally tortured by the employees. I even called the circle head o[censored]p east region and he is not taking my calls I request you to kindly issue me a new dongle against my old one in case the services of CDMA are not valid in Lucknow region as i feel cheated by the company I a brand loyal person and doesn't want to spread negative word of mouth against such a good company like Reliance. Again i request you to look into the matter asap and not forcing me to take a legal action against the firm Was this information helpful? | |||
