Dear sir after complaint on 1/12, sim card delivered in wrong/without valid, we have paid 500 /rupees against the sim card not valid on dated 1/14, again i hjad purchased a new sim card from reliance store against 25/ rupees . activate only 5 hour, then not activate.since last 1/17 to tried to calling that person still not pick my phone. i am hope less becaue i have lost my business during this period 12/16 to till date. i have no payment through any where because registered number not working. contact person of reliance -pramod-[protected] store head-[protected]. pls advise who is responsible my loss and miscummunicate /work my relatives . port No-[protected] Airtel to reliance Thanks/regds Umesh senapati Temporary no-[protected]. . I am not datisfied with reliance becoz every time is not connected any number in one time and.
Never connect 198 customer care number
Also if call to customer care executive from another number in that condition mosly executive disconnect my number from your side without completed conversation.
