[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Mobile number ported without my permission | |||
Respected sir, my name is Mohan Bajaj, My reliance mobile number is ([protected]) has been port to another company without my confirmation. Yesterday it was active with me, till 10:pm and then network was unavailable. I have gone today to reliance customer office today, they said it has been port to another company. This sim is on my name(mohan bajaj) address, 12, sindhu nagar. Indore. without my authority someone has stolen my number. Last week on 16th march 2017 around 11:30 pm my sim stopped working. As there was rangpanchmi ( Holiday) on next day, the stores were closed. So approached the store on 18th march 2017 morning, where they said my sim is too old so it has stopped working. So they reissued the new sim card and my new sim got activated in 30 minutes. Now after 5 days my sim is been ported to another company by a different person.
