Reliance Communications — money deducted from account | |||
I made a recharge of 300 rs. For my mobile number [protected] on 17.09.2017. Have not done any calls or anything till today but the current balance is showing as 176.. I want refund of rs.124 because it is deducted without any reason. This is happened 4th time for me. No customer care person is picking up the phone. No voice content in coustermer care
I applied for porting my Reliance post-paid mobile number from Reliance Telecommunications to Reliance Jio on 2-9-2017. It is now 12 days and neither the port has happened nor is my Reliance no. working.
