Reliance Communications — mts data card not working

We came to know from mts executive that mts is not taken over by reliance communication. Kindly check and do the needful as my mts data card is not working since from last many days. I was ignoring this by assuming some n/w related issues but later i came to know from one of my office colleague that it is not my own problem but faced by all mts data card customer, hence logged complaint. Card details are mentioned below:

Account number : [protected]

Below are the error while connecting:

"the connection was terminated by the remote computer before it could be connected"

"the remote computer did not respond. To make sure that the service can be reached ping the.."
