[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — My incoming and outgoing services has been blocked due to my payment not updated

I am using reliance postpaid no-[protected]. I have made bill payment of rs 700 out of rs 724 but rs.100 payment which i have made through payzapp on 15/7/2016 is not yet updated.
Due to this my incoming and outgoing all services has been bared and i have been imposed a fine of rs 100 for my next bill cycle.
I have been doing complains to reliance but they have not resolve my issue from last 25 days and even they have not updated yet.
So., sir please do the needfull because i am suffering the problems even i don't have any mistake.

Today I have payed Rs.124 amount of my previous bill. because Reliance customer service representative has called me and said If you pay your previous due amount Rs.124 then your number will be active within 1 hour and beware your late fine amount.
But my number is not active and not give resolution about my issue regarding my Rs.100 payment.
So. sir please do the needfull because i am suffering the problems even i don't have any mistake.
