Reliance Communications — network related and bill related | |||
Dear team, I was using [protected] from oct 2016 and from 1st day i was not getting 3g network at my postal address in noida. I wag getting 3g network at my office address. I have complained 10-12 time but every time i got the same answer that we will trying and trying. Finally i have intimated to reliance and informed in jan'17 that i will make payment of jan month because my problem is not rectified. I have made the payment of nov'16 and dec'16 but not made the payment for jan'17 and feb'17. Now they file mailing me and threatening for legal case. I have also filed a case in local court. As per my advocate i have mail on amit. B. [protected]@relianceada.com & sandeep. [protected]@relianceada.com e mail id's and offer to settle this case but i want my contact number back those they have terminated. But they have clearly denied to provide my number and not ready to given the same on mail. I have to submit the same in court. Please do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||
