[Resolved] Reliance Communications — networking and unjustifed amount deducted always in our amail account balance | |||
Dear Sir, I am Nawin Kumar Pathak, since last 10 years i am your valuable customer with hold your number due to i am fan of Dhirubhai ambani. approx last 6 month your network is not working properly in Delhi/NCR, specially in gurgaon region. Due to that reason sometimes i am unable to receive some important call or even messages. Moreover your service provider intentionally deducted the unjustified amount from my main account balance. I am not satisfied with your customer care service, your toll free number 198, *333 not working properly, so that reason we can not connect with your customer care since last 6 month.without our permission many service like ADPAY video, VAS, services automatically subscribed by you and always deducted the balance of our main account. so that reason please reverse our deducted amount of Rs.40 and close the all unjustified services working in my number as on date . Inspite of my umpteen numbers of request vide call /mail, till date i have not received any courtesy reply from your side. As a responsible citizen of India it is my humble request to you kindly improve your connectivity and customer care service through out the country. kindly revert with answer our mail.
