Hello Team, I had purchased one reliance sim card on 18th september 2014 from one reliance executive pune maharastra. executive came to address and gave me sim card and bill recept and took rs 2650/ from me along with documents for VIP number. My sim card has not been activated from last 10 days. and executive is not responding my call Please help me regarding this issue.
