[Resolved] Reliance Communications — No call connect my number to other number and last complaint no action

mere dwara pahle bhi complant ki gai thi lekin abhi tak us complant ka koi jawab tak nahi aaya or problam bhi abhi tak chal rahi he. mere number par unlimited pack(152 rs) bhi dalvaya gaya tha jiske 10 din baki rahe the lekin mere us pack ka bhi koi matlab nahi rah gaya kyo ki mere number se reliance to reliance or reliance to Bsnl lendline hi call lag pa raha he. or kisi number par call nahi kar pa raha hu. pls solv my problam

12jan2017 ko mere [protected] no. par unlimited pack(152 rs) dalaya gaya tha.jo ki 28 days ke liye hi tha jisme se last ke 10 days to other network par call nahi kar pa raha tha. call ended/network busy ho raha tha but unlimited pack end hone ke bad call lagna shuru ho jate he unlimited pack rahta he mere no. par tab tak hi ye problam aati he lekin unlimited pack end hone ke baad sab network thik ho jate he. kya yahi TRAI ke nirdesh he aapke liye. ki consumer ko ese problam creat kare. agar aap unlimited pack ki seva sahi se nahi de pa rahe he to band kar dijiye. kyu consumer ko problam crea karvate he. abhi to online complant kar raha hu. agli bar probalm hui to ofline complant bhi kaunga.

Updated by jayrajba complant par koi action lena hota to company kab se leleti but shayad company ko complant se koi farj nahi padta isi liye nischint he. reliance ko shayad esa lagta he ki koi uska kuch nahi kar sakta. So...
