[Resolved] Reliance Communications — No internet connectivity since 7 days. | |||||
User ID:[protected] The wireline internet service has stopped working completely since 18.06.2017. The Customer Care team is not at all helpful. I have submitted my complaint 4 times and recieved 4 different Complaint ID's namely,[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] but none of them have been resolved yet. I have paid my entire bill of 6 months in advance and this is the service I am getting. Worst customer services and satisfaction provided by the company.
