Reliance Communications — No network at my office address

Hello sir, I am Khetraj, a regular reliance customer using postpaid connection. I wanted to tell you that there is no network at my office address. As my whole day is spent over there and i won't be able to use my number since december, 2014.Due to which I faces a lot of problems as this is my main number. But still I am paying full billing charges, which is not reasonable. I have complained so many times but still no action has been taken. Earlier I have written to you but you also didn't took this seriously. Kindly give relaxations in bills so that I can continue with reliance postpaid connection. For your reference you can send your agent to my office address to confirm network connectivity. My office address- Khetraj Ram Systems and IT Department Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur- 342006.
