[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Non activation of mobile number [protected]

Dear sir,

My self naresh kushwaha, i moved from vodafone to reliance through mnp, verification done by reliance on 29.09.2016 & i got a massage that my number will be port on 29.09.16 in between 10 pm to 12 pm. But til now my sim is not activated. Ii face network issue, tally verification for sim activation is not done and my number [protected] is closed since 29.09.16.

I have personally visited to reliance store, vashishtha mobile hut, shop no 1086, sector 28-29 chowk, link road, puran enclave, near miglani bakers, old faridabad, faridabad, haryana 121002 but they said they cant do anything because by number is not activated and contact where you purchase your sim. Store person behavior is also as like "i am not doing your work, you can go and do anything that you can".

I am helpless because your so called reliance authorized person mr. Rajan (Mobile no. [protected]) is not responding to my call where i purchase my sim. I have some mobile numbers of that fraud people - [protected], [protected], [protected]

You are requested to look into the matter and activate my sim.

My problem is not solved, still not taken any action by Mr. Rajan (Mobile no. [protected]), He is not responding to my calls. You are again requested to look into the matter and take an action against them. Otherwise suggest me how can i file legal complaint against these fraud people. My alternate No. [protected]
