Despite my trying to contact your toll free numbers And mumbai numbers, on saturday night during 8 to 9 pm, they could not be reached. Again, i have already lodged a complaint about non-functioning of internet by email but no response From your side. Today morning also, after a lot of efforts and hard work, i could your toll free number And after lodging the complaint, i have received sms from 52811 giving me the service request number [protected]. Today in the morning 15 10.30 a. M., i also went to your prahladnagar office, ahmedabad in person and After a lot of trouble, and after waiting for some time in the waiting time, one mr. Harshal parmar Attended me and told me in the clear cut and certain terms that it would take at least three-four days To resolve the issue as most of the staff has been removed and only one engineer has to attend to Complaints of various areas. He also advised me to keep one more alternative internet facility ready. If this is so, why should i continue the services of your company? Even the person/officer sitting on the reception desk told me that because of non-payment by the Company to the maintenance looking contractors, they have stopped their services resulting in Disconnection of internet services. Adding fuel to the burning, i was called from your company side asking me to pre-pay for the next Quarter as my earlier pre-paid charges will expire on 29th of june 2017. Accordingly, i have paid Rs.1800/- by credit card on saturday the 24th of june 2017 in the afternoon. This all proves that despite knowing the fact that your company is not in a position to provide Services to its consumers, it blindly accepts prepaid charges by fooling and looting its consumers. Under the circumstances, why should i not file a complaint against your company before the appropriate Consumer forum for redressing this grievance and deficiency in services from your side?
