Reliance Communications — non payment of rent

Reliance communications entered into an lease agreement on 1st may 2006 for a period of 15 years with mrs. Baby jaiswal. The agreement was for installation of a tower on the top of the building whose address is dheeraj niwas, zero mile harni chakh, anishabad, patna. The vendor code of this premise is 286097. At start the rent would use to come regularly via cheque till 2013 and then the mode of payment shifted to rtgs. But then the payment has stopped coming since april 2016. We have got in touch with the concerned officials in city but the matter has not been resolved till now and this matter has been dragged on for months.
