[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not activate the portability number [protected] | |||
I am a reliance customer from last 3 year; on date 28/11/2015 i requested to port my number [protected] (Rcom) Himachal pradesh to (Rcom) gujarat circle. on date 08/12/2015 i received a message that "Port in request for no [protected] is accepted and existing service will be disable from 11:00 pm 1:00 am" when on 09/12/2015 i contact on 59059 for activation the executive reply this number information not updated on our system and call after 6 hour. Today two days spend but my no was not activated till date when i contact reliance store they told me that the number is pending for verification only but 59059 told the information not updated on our system. What can i do? So i requested to what is the problem ? is it activated or not? Was this information helpful? | |||
