[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not disconnecting postpaid no [protected] purchase @chennai | |||
I have requested the company to disconnect the post paid no [protected] in may2017 followed by email on 21st and 29th may and they simply replied on 29th may that their executive will speak and they spoke after one week and insisted to continue. I refused and suggested for disconnection. They said needful will be done. But today i was surprised to receive bill for june and i approached their appelate authority. They told to contaci [protected] but there is no provision to talk to anyone but it gives information on mobile use.. Etc.
