Reliance Communications — Not receiving my porting code for reliance gsm

Its been since 1 week i've been trying to get my porting code for reliance gsm number. I have sent 3 messages so far, which got delivered and i was charged normal sms charges for the same. The message i sent to 1900 was port

I am fed up o[censored]seless service which reliance has been providing me since almost 12 year, now and i'm eager to switch to vodafone. None of the customer care agents are answering my concern when i call the customer care number which sucks and has made me firm on my decision to switch from reliance.

I hope someone helps me get this matter sorted.
