[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Not refunding advance deposit of rupees 300 | |
I had ported my Airtel connection into Reliance under scheme of 699 plan in the month of Nov, 2016 and at the same tie I had paid rupees 300 as advance sim activation charges . At the time of porting Reliance customer people had told me that they will refund this 300 rupees after generation of three month bill. Now after my fourth bill when I have checked my bill there is no refund of amount and when I contacted customer care in this regard they told me they dont have any advance deposit on my account. Now they have told me to visit near Reliance world store with the receipt and register the amount on my name. This is fault of there team and they are making fraud with the public by doing this kind of practice. I am having receipt of 300 advance payment for the postpaid sim with me.
