My reliance number [protected] is showing ' not registered on network' since yesterday. As a result, i have not been able to make and receive any call from this reliance number since yesterday i. E. 28.10.2017. My alternate number is [protected]. The matter is very urgent. It would be highly appreciated if my complaint is looked into and solved at the earliest.

Manually search network and select Aircel 2G or 3G (with whom Rcom has ICR contract) then send PORT and send to 1900 . Wait for a few hours, you will get MNP CODE. With that code move to other network. Don't worry, they are sending port code and service will be LIVE till 30Nov, 2017.

Am presently using Reliance 4G service. Am not getting Aircel 2 G or 3G as recommended by you. please resolve the issue at the earliest. Meanwhile, a short while ago, i got a call from one person, claiming to be from your company, requesting to give my AADHAAR number and also my bank account details . Its surprising that your company needs to know my bank details, in order to correct my network problem ..Please look into all of the above and respond .

Any company never calls to get Aadhar no. Or bank details. So NEVER, I repeat NEVER give any detail to anyone.
