Reliance Communications — not yet received the tower payment | |||||
Respected Sir/Madam, My name is Reshmi Raj. This mail is to let you know that the Jio tower rent for this month has not yet credited to my SBI account till date. Such a lag in the amount to be credited is very difficult for me and my family as we depend on this for our monthly expenses. I must say when it was Reliance we had received rent by the max of 17th of a month. But this is too much and this is month end already. Whom should we contact, there is no proper contact number, when I tried to reach to your Mumbai office it was such bad response that I got. The people sitting there don't even know to talk English and they kept the call for hold for sometime and then cut the call. Is this what, one should expect from such a multinational level company. We have given our place for rent and that means you are expected to pay us at the right time. The tower is at Valiyakada, Chirayinkil P. O- 695305 Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. I don't know if this will reach to the right person but still, I hope that the concerned authority will do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||||
