[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — number portability

I was one of the consumer of idea cellular on 2nd august 2017 evening i got a call from one of reliance agent to port the number, i agreed to port. They sent of agent at my room he collected documents and 300/- rupees from me. My number was deactivated from idea cellular but from reliance communication they have not activated my number. Though i received one sms 16/08/2017 from reliance communication that my number has been activated but when i inserted my sim card into my mobile it did not received any signal. Then after i tried to contact the people who had callled me to port my number but they are not even picking up my phone.
