[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Opt for portability and sim not working from the day of joining | |||
I ported my airtel network numer and transfer it to reliance communications. after successful porting when i placed my sim it was not activated. The reliance person did not submitted my documents and there was a verification error on my number. From last 1 month i am trying to contact reliance store, customer care, reliance head office and everywhere on call. Only false promises to sell their sim service. I am stucked and my 10 years old number is now suspended due to fault from there end. Also i paid for monthly bill without using the number and got completely screwed up in the suitation.
