Dear all

Please find attached soft copy of my mini statement for your reference.

I need your help because your reliance customer care is not solved my problem from last 15days.
Myself shyam and i am using your reliance post paid no...661. I generally pay my bill by your app instacare and same i paid my last bill on due dates 11.04.2017. The amount deducted from my amount rs.902 but in instacare it still showing over due. From last 5 to 7 days company barred my out going service.
I shared all the required documents like last 15 days banks statements etc. But still i am suffering with same problem.

I request you kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.
