[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Paid money but service is not provided | |||
I have recharged my a/c (Reliance Netconnect+ [protected] Number is registered in the name of Mr. Ravi Kiran I, my brother) with Rs. 797(Transaction reference no.[protected] on 03.08.2015 at 11:47:04 AM.Mode of payment is online (ICICI Bank). But till (06.08.2015) the service is not provided by Reliance. I have lodged a complaint (Complaint No.[protected] with Reliance customer care on the same day (03.08.2015).When I called customer care on 06.08.2015 regarding the status of my complaint the response provided by a lady on the other end of the call was very rude. She is not ready to understand the problem instead she was giving the vague answers (Technical Problems) and trying to divert the issue. She replied that there was a technical problem and she cannot help. This was my 4th call and I got the same reply for all these calls. I am feeling cheated by the service provider. When I asked her by when can I expect the service she told that it cannot be said and everytime she would ask me to call back after half an hour, at 3:00 PM, ... Its a shame that such a big service provider is not sensitized with the concerns of the customers. Atleast they should have trained their staff on how to behave with the customers and to be sensitive in handling with their complaints. When I asked, "whom I should contact for resolving my problem? she didn't even bother to respond. She even told me that there is no alternative way of resolving the problem.
