[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Pathetic service! My father's reliance mobile no. [protected] not converted from cdma to gsm since 2 1/2 months!!! | |||||
Ref.: Customer Name = Nitin Shah (my father) Customer Mobile No. = [protected] Most Pathetic Service! Several Complaints raised before your appellate authority still you cannot convert my father's CDMA number into GSM! I have been talking with your appellate authorities since first week of October'15. Before that I was breaking my head with the customer care and different Reliance Centres in Mumbai. I have been talking with many of the executives of your appellate authority viz. Rupali, Anis Baig, Sneha Bhansode, Anurag Singh including their Senior Mr. Bharat. All of them just make false promises that the matter will get resolved and raise the complaint for non generation o[censored]PC code. All the complaints raised by me are marked as resolved by your employees writing that I have not disabled the message signature option (while sending 'PORT [protected]' to 1900) in spite of telling them thousand times that my message signature option is off! Shame on your service! Your 'Satisfactory Rating' Indian Consumer Complaints Forum is just 1%!! Even I request all the executives to tell Mr. Bharat to call me but he never reverts back! Also I requested them to port my number to Vodafone but that also cannot be done because even that requires UPC code! I am completely helpless. My business is affected because I cannot use the new GSM smart phone which I bought! Also I am thinking to complain against you in Consumer Court if the problem is not resolved within next 10 working days. Do remember that my father is your pioneer customer since the start of Reliance Telecom services and since he is not educated, I (his son Sahil Shah) is writing this mail to you. Jan 27, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved After all the harassment, mailing to their consumer complaints email, posting the complaint on Indian Consumer Complaints Forum, they converted my father's number from CDMA to GSM. Most pathetic service ever!
