[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Payment amount not credited not on same day it will take 3 to 4 days time | |||
Resulting effect is that customer have to face late payment or trouble to get reach in contact to customer care. Many times late fine is being charged in next bill an i must have to pay this though it is a fault of company side they do no want to resolve this. Sometimes it is reversed but their actual intention is to compel us to force pay. Sometimes this type of matter go out from our knowledge and a great problem we have to face. I am suresh i changed my net network reliance to Vodafone last 27June2017 port request sent first field again 27June2017 sent port number, no response plz solve problem, i try so many time customer care not proper response
