[Resolved] Reliance Communications — payment debited from account but not reflecting on account - no response | |
Hi, I'm seriously disappointed that my outgoing is barred twice once in apr'17 and once in aug'17 due to non payment wherein i made the payment within due date. I have called up the contact centre and registered the complaints as well. However, the team seems to have no sense on customer's complaint. This is really harassment. If the payment is not credited to reliance, it should have credited back to my savings account which isn't the case. Kindly look into the issue on priority and: 1. Kindly waive off inr 100 and st for non payment in subsequent bills for these two months 2. Credit back the debited amount back to my account.
