Reliance Communications — payment not updated from 2014, harassment, mental anguish, demeaning language, unethical behaviour | |||
I was a consumer of 3G data card from Reliance Communications during[protected], i discontinued in April 2014. Last bill i paid was for May 2014. After few months, i received a call from a RCom representative that i did not pay my last bill, i told him that i did pay it and i also have the receipt, he asked me to visit the Reliance Store and i did. The store helpers assured me that it was a misunderstanding and it will be taken care off. In February 2014, i received a call from some Ms. Swati Sharma, a lawyer from Delhi, representing RCom, she threatened me that i will be filed a case against because i did not pay my bill. I told her that i had paid the last payment already and it was not reflected in RCom's records, i sent her the receipt on her Email(i still have the record of it), after looking at the receipt, i was assured by her that it will be taken care of and i dont need to worry. Recently, in May-June, i received a final intimation cum demanding notice from some legal firm Parshuram Kamble & Associates, Pune on behalf of RCom that i have to pay or i will be filed a case against in court. I was deeply hurt by the language used in the mail, it said that i have avoided payments by malafide intentions, which is not true at all, i always provided them proof of my payment. Also that i have not replied to their calls repeatedly, which is also not true, i never received many calls from them but notices of threats in emails. I, then told the lawyer from Parshuram & associates, which was some Ms. R J Shaikh, that i have already paid it, she asked for the receipt and i did sent the same to her 'Whatsapp' (which i have the record of). She assured me that it will be taken care of and i do not need to worry and i can ignore the mails received earlier. By that time, i also sent mails to Reliance customer care with the receipt copy and also to Reliance Appellate Authority Jaipur. I received call from an executive and he assured me that it will be taken care of and i dont need to worry. After all that, today i receive another email from Parshuram Kamble & Associates, from another lawyer Ms. Nisha Shinde, that i will be filed a case against in Jaipur court on 18th September if i dont pay them today. I called the lawyer and told her all i have been through, she again assures me that it will be taken care of but i dont trust assurances anymore, which are the only things i've been getting since the last 3 years. Also the RCom dont have any record of my last payment, may be the store did not pay them? may be some other reason, but i do have the receipt and they have acknowledged the same yet i keep getting harassed since the last 3 years by foul and non ethical language on the pretext that i am a cheater. I just want it to go away because this has been haunting me for 3 whole years, eating my mental peace and dignity, while i am not in the wrong. Was this information helpful? | |||

Having issue with network and internet, i am getting only 2g signal (AIRCEL ROAMING), at Guwahati, Panjabari, near Ganesh mandir, Assam 781037, i had tried to reach reliance customer care many times but doesn't respond !
