Reliance Communications — Poor customer service to resolve problems | |||||
Im sushant panda from bhubaneswar using reliance prepaid service since long . they use to deduct from you main balance periodically. i have a new number using since more than 6months. after 2 week i have checked the balance found ZERO which was earlier nearly 70-80. i m using this number for internet purpose. after repeated request their customer service representative, they clearly said no we cant help and we cant raise complain for u, , such a poor service from big telecom co, i never expect..for this kind of service all of my friends and family switch to airtel or bsnl. my number [protected], i spoke to chandra and krushna nayak...They have such employees who cant help customers.
