Reliance Communications — Poor data service | |||||
Iam using reliance data card for past 8 months. Last month i faced the problem of very low data speed. When i contacted the customer care they said that due to upgradation of 4g networks you are facing the problem. Because of this i was unable to use the data for the money iam paying. The customer care officials said that wavier would be provided in the bill amount and also said that the problem will be solved within 2 weeks. But till now it has not been solved and iam facing the same problem. And they have provided wavier in the bill amount and same amount has been generated.
