[Resolved] Reliance Communications — post paid bill paid but outgoing service barred for more than 4 days | |
My mobile number bill for the month of july 2017 due on 22nd aug was paid on 19th aug 2017 through bill presentment mode. My outgoing calls were barred with an intimation of 1 sms and service stoppage in next 1 hr. I emailed my proofs of bank payment to [protected]@relianceada.com and called up the 198 / *222 customer service and they provided me a tracking number of[protected]. The timeline provide to me to resolve the issue was 2 days. Today is the 4th day after a submitted my complaint. So far it is not resolved. Moreover from saturday 2nd sept onward reliance call centers are down with a message of out of service due to emergency. I emailed to nodal office but no repose yet Was this information helpful? | |

Your call centres are not working for 10 days, your appellate authority call centre is not working as well for 10 days. Email acknowledgement came after 9 days. Hope you know that you are violating TRAI ACT by keeping your customer contact channels shut.
