I have zero connectivity for my post paid [protected] for the last 8 days. I have raised several complaints with your help line, customer care and appellate authority, chennai.

I have not received any reply so far.in fact your helpline and customer care do not even respond. I consider this very contradictory to your chairman's solemn promise on excellent customer interfaces.
